Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the facility maintenance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP systems, cost analysis, and tendering, with fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for facility maintenance projects
Analyze project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and budget adherence
Maintain updated knowledge of market prices, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field (mandatory)
3+ years of estimation experience in a facility maintenance company
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost control
Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
