Dotlynx is hiring - Call Center Agents (10 Vacancies)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Dotlynx is expanding our team and looking for 10 Call Center Agents (Male & Female) to join our call center operations.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, telesales, or customer support role
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
✔ Immediate joiners are preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet service quality and performance targets
