Job Description/Specification:
Prepare wooden surfaces for painting, staining, and polishing.
Apply paint, lacquer, PU, NC, and other finishes using spray equipment.
Mix paints and finishing materials according to specifications.
Ensure high-quality finishing on furniture, doors, cabinets, and other joinery products.
Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups when required.
Maintain spray guns, compressors, and painting equipment.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in a joinery or furniture factory.
Knowledge of wood finishing systems, including PU, Melamine, and NC finishes.
Ability to match colors and achieve high-quality surface finishes.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
