Job Description/Specification:


 

*Hiring: Admin Assistant / Admin Officer*

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multitasking Admin Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and documentation.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and scopes of work

- ⁠Assist in tender documentation and submissions

- ⁠Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents

- ⁠Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical)

- ⁠Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence

- ⁠Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and clients

- ⁠Support invoicing, LPOs, and basic finance tasks

- ⁠Follow up on pending tasks and project updates

- ⁠Maintain and update company records and databases

- ⁠Track project progress and update internal reports

- ⁠Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and official letters

- ⁠Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments

- ⁠Support procurement and material tracking

- ⁠Assist in basic digital marketing and social media updates

- ⁠Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

*Requirements*

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

- ⁠Minimum 2+ years of experience in admin/office role

- ⁠Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- ⁠Knowledge of BOQs, quotations, and tendering preferred

- ⁠Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

- ⁠Ability to multitask and work under pressure
