Job Description/Specification:
*Hiring: Admin Assistant / Admin Officer*
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multitasking Admin Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and documentation.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and scopes of work
- Assist in tender documentation and submissions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents
- Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical)
- Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence
- Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and clients
- Support invoicing, LPOs, and basic finance tasks
- Follow up on pending tasks and project updates
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Track project progress and update internal reports
- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and official letters
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Support procurement and material tracking
- Assist in basic digital marketing and social media updates
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
*Requirements*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in admin/office role
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of BOQs, quotations, and tendering preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
