Job Description/Specification:
Patrolling Regularly inspect premises to detect suspicious activity, check doors/windows, and ensure no breaches occur.
Access Control Verify credentials of employees and visitors, issue badges, maintain logs, and prevent unauthorized entry.
Surveillance Monitoring Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security technologies to detect unusual activity.
Emergency Response Act as first responders in cases of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats; coordinate with police or fire departments.
Incident Reporting Write detailed reports on daily activities, irregularities, and incidents for accountability and investigations.
Rule Enforcement Warn or remove violators, enforce company policies, and maintain order among employees and visitors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail for spotting irregularities.
Physical fitness to stand for long periods and respond quickly.
Communication skills for interacting with staff, visitors, and authorities.
