Job Description/Specification:

Job Purpose

Supervise the execution team ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and procedure and to coordinate and monitor performance on the integrated schedule and business requirement.

Key Job Accountabilities

Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Scaffolding and Refractory requirement/services for all Company Facilities.
Ensure that the Refractory & Scaffolding manual and procedure, specification standards, are followed within the department.
Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and with utmost quality. Plan and supervise the daily activities. Submit daily and weekly reports.
Assess and certify Scaffolding Supervisor and Inspector and verify and check Contractor’s competency assessment procedure.
Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users.
Inspect and audit Scaffolding and Refractory Yard and oversees the work activity.
Improve and review Scaffold Procedure and Technical Manual including complex access requirement.
Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement. Ensures that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available.
Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies.

Qualifications

Higher National Diploma (HND) in Structural, Civil, Mechanical discipline.
Completed CITB, CISRS, OSHA certificates.

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry.
