What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, guest services, tourism, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and operational activities.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, front office procedures, or hospitality standards is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems or business software is an advantage.

  • Diploma, degree, or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
