Job Description/Specification:


We are seeking a Chief Hospitality Operations Officer to lead hospitality operations, oversee service excellence programs, and drive operational performance across the organization. The role includes managing guest experience strategies, operational planning, and large-scale hospitality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
