Job Description/Specification:
Responsible for overseeing showroom operations and ensuring that products, services, and customer experiences meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor showroom operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of products and displays.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review customer feedback and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and installation teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Prepare quality reports and performance analyses.
- Train showroom staff on quality procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control or showroom/retail operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
