What You'll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across the organization.
- Manage office administration, facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, reports, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate meetings, company events, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and support financial and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support human resources activities, including onboarding, employee records management, and internal communications.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate business operations.
- Prepare management reports and provide administrative support to executives and leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in corporate administration, office management, or administrative operations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Willing to work on-site.
