Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and service requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow up on requests.
- Coordinate with branches and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
- Promote products, services, and ongoing offers when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
