Job Description/Specification:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and map end-to-end user journeys for energy and electrification workflows
Simplify complex operational and financial data into
intuitive dashboards and interfaces
Create seamless experiences integrating Generative Al and Agentic Al capabilities
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX specifications.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of UX/UI experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow simplification and dashboard design
✔ Experience designing Al-driven or data-heavy user interfaces
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Strong systems thinking and user-centered design approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience within energy, utilities, or sustainability sectors is an advantage
