🎯 Key Responsibilities:
☕ Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, juices, and cold beverages
🥗 Assist in preparing and handling food orders
😊 Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
⚙️ Operate and maintain coffee machines and barista equipment
🌱 Grind coffee beans and calibrate machines when required
🧾 Handle POS transactions and process customer payments
🧼 Maintain cleanliness of the drinks station and work area
🍴 Coordinate food handover from kitchen to servers
📋 Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally
🛡️ Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Previous Barista experience preferred
✔️ Good communication and customer service skills
✔️ Positive attitude and team spirit
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
