Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? We are looking for a dynamic and highly presentable Commercial Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading our commercial strategies, managing critical client relationships, and ensuring sustainable profitability across all our projects. As a key ambassador for the business, you will professionally represent Zard in front of clients and stakeholders, utilizing your strong presentation and negotiation skills to unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Profitability & Oversight: Oversee commercial operations to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency across all company projects.
  • Brand Representation: Confidently engage with clients and act as the professional face of the company in high-level meetings and presentations.
  • Negotiation & Strategy: Lead contract negotiations, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex commercial terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in contract management, commercial operations, sales, or business development roles.
  • Executive Presence: Highly presentable with the ability to confidently represent the company at all levels.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of market dynamics and profitability drivers.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to commercial challenges.
  • Resilience: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business reporting tools.
