The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
Essential
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR
Bachelor’s Degree with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Detailed Knowledge of MRO systems and its integration with other Aviation / M&E system modules including capabilities, limitations & best practices.
Awareness of project management methodologies.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to proactive review of functional processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support.
Interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical QR Staff at all levels.
Preferred
Detailed knowledge of Airline and MRO systems
Project Management knowledge
Development knowledge of M&E systems reports/dashboards
Essential Skills
Knowledge of integration between MRO system modules including capabilities, limitations & best practices.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review
of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support.
