Cabin Safety Ground Instructor | Qatar Executive

• Conduct Cabin Safety regulatory training for Operations personnel (including but not limited to Flight Crew and Cabin Crew).
• Identify course aims and objectives and deliver Safety and Emergency Procedures Training programs for Qatar Executive Crew members (Flight Deck and Cabin Crew) in accordance with the QCAA approved syllabus to approve that Crew Members, on completion of training, are able to demonstrate the technical skills.
• Provide practical training in the classroom, on board the aircraft, in the Cabin Mock-up, Door Trainer, and other associated training venues.
• Assess, monitor, coach, and provide individual Crew Members with performance feedback in order enable each Crew Member to achieve the required levels of competence.
• Support the Ground Training and Cabin Safety Manager to maintain and update each individual Crewmember training file with the relevant training records, ensuring full regulatory conformity.
• Control and administration of applicable examinations (Practical and Theory).
• Develop lesson plans, handouts and training aids as approved by the Senior Manager Training, with a view to encourage and stimulate the learning process of crew. Support the delivery and development of Training Programs.
• Assist in the development of Cabin Safety Training Modules, training modules, trainers guide and handouts as approved by the department head with a view to encourage and stimulate the learning process.
• Assist in the development of CRM/ Human Factors training modules and training guides.
• Ensure all training documentation is up to date. Ensure resources are managed to prevent wastage and unnecessary expenditure through the effective use of training facilities and training material.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of related experience
• Minimum 2 years of flying experience as cabin crew with Qatar Executive or other Private Fleet operation
• Overall cabin crew experience for over 7 years
• Experience in supervising delivery of safety training
• Experience in supervising delivery of Human Factors training
• Experience in teaching and training in a multi-cultural environment is preferred
• Current EASA certification is preferred
