Job Description/Specification:


The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into paying clients. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to closing. The ideal candidate is target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of handling leads through multiple channels including calls, WhatsApp, and social media. Experience in the Qatar/GCC market and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· Strong ability to convert leads into paying customers.

· Experience in handling objections and closing deals confidently.

· Ability to manage CRM and lead pipelines effectively.

· Highly target-driven and results-oriented personality.

· Strong follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Good understanding of customer needs and buying behavior.

Sales Competencies

· Strong closing techniques and objection handling.

· Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.

· Ability to work under targets and pressure.

· Consistent follow-up and pipeline management.

· High level of resilience and persistence.

Preferred Experience

· 2–4+ years of proven sales experience with strong track record of meeting targets.

· Experience in wellness, fitness, nutrition, or subscription-based services.

· Experience handling WhatsApp/social media leads.

· Experience in Qatar or GCC sales environment.

· Strong understanding of upselling and retention strategies.
