Civil Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description/Specification:

Key Responsibility :

• To supervise & schedule the works activities day by day and to ensure they are carried out in a timely and safe manner.
• Keeping the project adequately resourced with a shortage of materials inform to engineer timely.
• Raising the work permit before starting any work activities
• Managing all aspects of facilities activities for your own live project and be reporting to the Civil Engineer.
• Multitasking to watch over different teams and activities at the same time
• They make sure all team members are doing what they are supposed to do, and they carry out visual inspections of work completed.
• Closing the CM & PPM activities once work is completed.
• They follow QCAA regulations, address environmental issues.
• Civil Supervisors make sure the work being performed is structurally sound
• Civil Supervisors familiarize themselves with all aspects of the project as well as facilities maintenance
• Focusing on safety at all times & cleaning in the work area.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil engineering or equivalent, with minimum 5 years experience.
• The Civil Supervisor deployed for mobilization must possess diploma in engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
