Job Description/Specification:
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to craft excellent coffee drinks and deliver a warm, memorable experience to every customer who walks through our doors. You'll be the face of our café — pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, recommending drinks, and keeping the energy welcoming during both quiet mornings and the lunch rush.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks to recipe and quality standards
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments through the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, seating area, and restrooms throughout each shift
Calibrate grinders, dial in espresso, and monitor drink quality consistently
Restock beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and retail items as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage practices
Work efficiently during peak periods while keeping a calm, friendly demeanor
Educate customers about our menu, sourcing, and brewing methods when they're curious
Open or close the café following standard checklists
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year as a barista or in specialty coffee
Latte art skills
Familiarity with manual brew methods (pour-over, AeroPress, French press)
Basic knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and roast profiles
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
