Role Overview:
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of Al Qataryah Business Solutions & Technology, ensuring sound financial management, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires a visionary leader who combines financial expertise with strategic thinking, operational insight, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships through financial due diligence and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with operational and strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role in a technology or business solutions company.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
