We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager Aviation Training (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our operational excellence strategy. You will not simply oversee processes; you will help define how aviation training programs are delivered, optimized, and scaled for future growth. You will lead a dedicated team of coordinators and department heads, ensuring seamless collaboration between academic operations, compliance requirements, and trainee success. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership:
Lead and oversee day-to-day training operations, ensuring smooth coordination between instructors, trainees, scheduling teams, and administration.
Training Program Oversight:
Ensure aviation programs are delivered efficiently, maintaining operational quality, scheduling accuracy, and resource planning standards.
Team Leadership:
Mentor supervisors and department coordinators. Conduct operational reviews, support professional development, and create a culture of accountability and performance.
Compliance and Quality Management:
Maintain adherence to aviation training standards, internal operational policies, and quality assurance procedures through regular audits and reporting.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with institutional leadership, training staff, and external partners to communicate operational priorities and maintain strong working relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in operations, aviation training management, education management, or institutional leadership, including at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing operational teams, improving workflows, and maintaining performance standards in structured environments.
Systems Knowledge:
Comfortable working with operational reporting tools, training coordination systems, scheduling platforms, and performance tracking software.
Language Skills:
English proficiency is required for operational communication and reporting. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
