Job Description/Specification:


Donpilo Digital Services W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Digital Platform Operations Manager to oversee the performance, stability, and scalability of digital platforms and online service ecosystems. This role is responsible for managing platform operations, optimizing system performance, ensuring uptime reliability, and improving end-user experience across digital products and services. If you are an experienced digital operations leader with strong technical and platform management expertise, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s digital services sector.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations of digital platforms, applications, and service systems
  • Ensure platform stability, uptime, performance, and service reliability
  • Manage incident response, system monitoring, and operational escalation processes
  • Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams for platform improvements
  • Optimize system workflows, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor platform KPIs, usage analytics, and service performance metrics
  • Manage deployment cycles, updates, and release coordination
  • Ensure smooth integration between APIs, backend systems, and third-party services
  • Implement operational best practices for scalability and system resilience
  • Maintain documentation for platform processes, incidents, and service workflows

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital platform operations, IT operations, or technical product operations
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with monitoring tools, incident management systems, and DevOps workflows
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture fundamentals
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational performance data
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving and incident management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
