We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure and Maintenance Services Manager who can take ownership of our infrastructure operations, maintenance programs, and technical service delivery initiatives. You are not simply managing maintenance schedules; you are leading operational performance strategies, improving infrastructure reliability, and ensuring service excellence across multiple facilities and projects.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, contractors, facility operators, and corporate stakeholders while overseeing critical maintenance and infrastructure service operations across various business environments.

Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Operations Management:
Lead infrastructure maintenance operations involving facility systems, utilities management, preventive maintenance programs, asset performance monitoring, and technical service coordination.
Maintenance Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, service continuity, and long-term infrastructure performance.
Technical Service Oversight:
Oversee engineering support services, contractor activities, inspection schedules, repair programs, and operational compliance across multiple facilities and project sites.
Operational Performance and Reporting:
Monitor maintenance KPIs, asset performance metrics, operational costs, service quality standards, and technical reporting activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with executive management, engineering consultants, contractors, vendors, and facility operators to manage infrastructure projects and maintain strong operational partnerships.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor maintenance supervisors, technical teams, engineering support staff, and operational personnel while promoting accountability, safety, and technical excellence.
Compliance and Safety Management:
Ensure all infrastructure and maintenance operations comply with company policies, safety procedures, operational standards, and regional regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For:Experience:
8+ years of experience in infrastructure management, maintenance operations, facility engineering, or technical services leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems, facility operations, infrastructure planning, engineering support services, contractor management, and operational risk management.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage technical teams, oversee large-scale maintenance operations, coordinate multi-site infrastructure activities, and maintain operational efficiency in complex environments.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with CMMS platforms, ERP systems, asset management software, operational reporting tools, infrastructure monitoring technologies, and maintenance analytics systems.
Language Skills:
English proficiency is required for operational reporting, technical coordination, and business communication. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
