Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Description/Specification:

NinjaNew E-Commerce & Digital Retail W.L.L. is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead end-to-end online retail operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, platform performance, and customer experience across digital sales channels. This role is responsible for optimizing e-commerce workflows, managing logistics coordination, improving conversion performance, and driving operational efficiency across all online retail functions. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
• Manage online storefront performance across web and marketplace platforms
• Optimize product listings, pricing accuracy, and inventory synchronization
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery partners
• Improve customer experience, delivery speed, and service quality metrics
• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and operational KPIs
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce fulfillment delays
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, OMS, and e-commerce platforms
• Manage customer support workflows and escalation processes

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or online marketplace management
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory systems
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar
• Experience working with ERP, OMS, or warehouse management systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret operational data
• Excellent problem-solving and process optimization abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including logistics and marketing teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
