We are looking for a Senior Renewable Energy Operations Manager who can take ownership of our renewable energy operations, technical service performance, and large-scale energy project coordination. You are not simply supervising daily operations; you are leading operational strategy, optimizing energy performance, and ensuring efficient execution across renewable infrastructure and technical support activities.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, project stakeholders, energy consultants, and commercial clients while overseeing complex renewable energy operations and strategic sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Renewable Energy Operations Leadership:
Lead day-to-day renewable energy operations involving solar infrastructure management, operational planning, technical coordination, and energy performance optimization.
Project and Infrastructure Management:
Oversee renewable energy projects, maintenance schedules, operational reporting, resource allocation, and infrastructure support activities while ensuring operational reliability and project efficiency.
Operational Performance Optimization:
Develop and implement operational improvement strategies, energy efficiency initiatives, maintenance programs, and sustainability-focused operational procedures to maximize performance and reduce downtime.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering teams, executive management, contractors, energy consultants, and commercial clients to align operational objectives with business and sustainability goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor operations personnel, technical supervisors, maintenance specialists, and project support teams while promoting accountability, safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Compliance and Safety Management:
Ensure all renewable energy operations comply with company policies, environmental regulations, industry standards, health and safety procedures, and sustainability best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in renewable energy operations, industrial operations management, energy infrastructure services, or technical operations leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, solar infrastructure operations, maintenance management, operational planning, energy efficiency strategies, and industrial safety procedures.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead technical operations teams, manage large-scale infrastructure projects, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and operational stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with ERP systems, energy monitoring platforms, operational analytics tools, infrastructure management software, and technical reporting systems.
Language Skills:
English proficiency is required for operational reporting, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
