We are looking for a Senior Business Services Manager who can take ownership of our business support operations, service delivery functions, and client management initiatives. You are not simply overseeing administrative workflows; you are leading operational strategy, improving service efficiency, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded across multiple business functions.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, operational teams, commercial stakeholders, and corporate clients while managing high-level business services projects and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations Leadership:
Lead day-to-day business services operations involving corporate support functions, administrative management, workflow coordination, and service performance optimization.
Client Services Management:
Oversee client relationships, service delivery standards, operational reporting, and issue resolution activities while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational consistency.
Operational Strategy and Process Improvement:
Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives, service optimization strategies, workflow enhancements, and performance management programs to support organizational growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with executive management, department leaders, external vendors, and corporate clients to align operational objectives with business goals and service expectations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor business support teams, operations coordinators, and administrative personnel while promoting accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across all departments.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all business services activities comply with company policies, operational procedures, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in business services management, corporate operations, administrative leadership, or enterprise support functions, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of business operations management, client services coordination, workflow optimization, resource planning, and organizational performance management.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, oversee large-scale operational activities, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships in fast-paced business environments.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with ERP platforms, operational reporting systems, workflow management software, business analytics tools, and advanced administrative technologies.
Language Skills:
English proficiency is required for business communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
