Key Responsibilities:
Asset & Personnel Safety:
Maintain the security of employees, visitors, and company assets.
Policy Development:
Implement and maintain safety and security procedures.
Risk Assessments:
Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks.
Emergency Management:
Coordinate emergency responses with relevant authorities.
Staff Training:
Deliver safety and security training modules.
Monitoring:
Oversee CCTV and access control systems.
Requirements:
Experience:
Previous safety and security experience (Qatar experience preferred).
Local Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Qatari safety regulations.
Communication:
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong leadership skills.
License: Valid Qatari driving license.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
