Job Description/Specification:

A Logistics Coordinator manages the movement of goods, materials, and shipments to ensure products are delivered on time and operations run smoothly.
the role may support trading, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Arrange transportation with suppliers, freight forwarders, and drivers
Track deliveries and resolve delays
Prepare shipping and customs documents
Monitor inventory and warehouse stock levels
Update ERP/software systems with shipment details
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company and Qatar import/export regulations
Prepare logistics reports and delivery schedules
Support procurement and supply chain activities
Daily Tasks
Checking shipment status
Scheduling deliveries
Coordinating with warehouse teams
Following up on purchase orders
Managing invoices and delivery notes
Handling courier and transport arrangements
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of supply chain/logistics operations
Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
ERP/SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
Time management and multitasking
Problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in:
Logistics
Supply Chain Management
Business Administration
2-5 years of logistics experience preferred
Qatar/GCC experience is preferred
