Continental Arab Contractors (CAC Group) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities and maintenance services in Doha. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance schedules, and service requests
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and report issues
- Track work orders, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory tracking for facility supplies
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or maintenance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CAFM systems or maintenance tracking tools is a plus
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in facilities management
