Executive - Business Development

Job Description/Specification:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the mobility or car rental industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the rental and mobility solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mobility/car rental market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers
• Promote and sell car rental and mobility solutions to meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Arab nationality (preferred)
• Proven experience in business development or sales in mobility / car rental industry
• Experience in Qatar or GCC market is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fleet management or rental operations
• Corporate sales experience
• Strong network in Qatar market
