Job Description/Specification:

Do you believe that the difference between a trip and an adventure lies in the details? At JMSA Travel Adventures LLC, we are looking for a Travel Operations Coordinator who lives for the "perfect itinerary." From coordinating luxury desert escapes to managing complex international tours, you will be the engine that keeps our adventures running smoothly. If you are a logistics pro with a passion for global culture and a knack for problem-solving under pressure, we want you to help us redefine travel in Qatar.

About the Company

JMSA Travel Adventures LLC is a premier boutique travel agency based in Qatar, specializing in bespoke, high-end, and sustainable travel experiences. We pride ourselves on offering more than just bookings; we curate moments that stay with our clients forever. Whether it's a tailor-made family vacation or a corporate expedition, our mission is to provide safe, enriching, and flawlessly executed adventures across the globe.

Why Work With Us?

  • Global Exposure: Gain unparalleled insight into the international tourism industry and work with a network of elite global partners.
  • Travel Perks: Enjoy exclusive employee discounts on travel packages and opportunities for FAM (familiarization) trips to our most exciting destinations.
  • A Vibrant Team: Join a multicultural, passionate group of explorers who value creativity and collaboration.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Tax-free salary, private health insurance, annual flight allowance to your home country, and performance-based bonuses.
  • Empowered Growth: We promote from within and offer specialized training in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and luxury travel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and local tours.
  • Maintain and update detailed itineraries, ensuring all confirmations and travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors and local operators to negotiate the best rates and ensure service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for travelers during their journey, providing real-time support for disruptions or emergencies.
  • Manage travel budgets and process payments, ensuring all financial documentation is organized and compliant.
  • Research new destinations and travel trends to help the sales team create competitive and exciting tour packages.
  • Oversee the post-trip feedback process, using client insights to continuously improve our operational standards.

Skills and Requirements

  • Logistics Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multi-leg itineraries without missing a detail.
  • GDS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with booking systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential; Arabic, Spanish, or French is a significant advantage for coordinating with global partners.
  • Problem-Solving: The "cool-headed" ability to resolve travel delays or visa issues quickly and professionally.
  • Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or project management tools like Asana.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in travel operations, tour coordination, or airline ticketing.
