Al Waha For Cars is currently seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our team on a temporary basis.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new hiresMaintain candidate database and recruitment reportsCommunicate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirementsPrepare offer letters and employment documentationEnsure smooth onboarding and induction process for new employeesSupport HR administrative tasks as required
