Job Description/Specification:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Learning and implementing lead-generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners.
• Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company's Al workforce solutions and service offerings.
Conducting follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships.
Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
• Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
• Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
