Wings is looking for a dynamic and organized Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Qatar.

Requirements: Previous experience in operations coordination or similar role
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory) Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Transferable visa with valid NOC
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operational activities Manage staff scheduling and deployment Communicate with clients, staff, and internal departments
Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion Handle operational issues and provide quick resolutions Coordinate transportation/logistics as required Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
