🚨 Hiring: Payments Operations Team Lead | Arabic Speaker
Mach consultings is looking for an experienced Payments Operations Team Lead to join a leading organization in the financial services sector.
📍 Requirements:
• Native or highly proficient Arabic speaker
• 7–10 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or financial services
• 3–5 years of team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• CAMS, CIMA, or CPA certifications are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, ERP systems, and payment platforms
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Finance, IT, Taxpayer Services, and banking partners
• Monitor SLA compliance and manage operational escalations
• Prepare performance and risk reports for senior management
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
