URGENT JOB OPENING - Call Center Roles
Fez Services is currently hiring for the following positions in Qatar:
Call Center Supervisor / Team Leader - Provisional
Location: Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
✔ Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic • Experience handling customer complaints, requests, and service coordination
Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications
Ability to work in 24/7 shift operations
Experience in utility services, district cooling, or facilities management is an advantage
