Teyseer is looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Service Advisor to join our dynamic Aftersales team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring an exceptional service experience while achieving sales and performance targets. create a job ad Key Responsibilities: Establish strong rapport and build trust with customers to ensure long-term relationships. Consistently upsell services, labor, and parts to achieve monthly KPI and revenue targets. Maintain daily focus on labor and parts sales while minimizing Work-in-Progress Accurately document vehicle concerns by listening carefully to customers and asking relevant probing questions. Conduct road tests before and after service to confirm issues and verify completed repairs. Provide clear repair estimates and obtain customer approval prior to commencing work. Explain scheduling processes and confirm payment methods with customers. Maintain effective communication with the Workshop Team Leader and Technicians regarding job progress and updates. Recommend additional maintenance and repair services when appropriate. Maintain strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Perform other related duties as required by management. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional service experience

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service

  • Good technical understanding of automotive systems
