Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Service Advisor to join our dynamic Aftersales team. In this role, you will act as the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless service experience while achieving sales and performance targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
Upsell services, labor, and parts to achieve monthly KPI and revenue targets
Maintain focus on labor and parts sales while minimizing Work-in-Progress (WIP)
Accurately identify and document vehicle concerns by listening carefully and asking the right questions
Conduct road tests before and after service to verify customer concerns and completed repairs
Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins
Explain repair timelines, scheduling processes, and payment methods clearly to customers
Coordinate effectively with Workshop Team Leaders and Technicians regarding repair progress
Recommend additional maintenance and repair services where appropriate
Maintain strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and customer-focused mindset with the ability to achieve KPIs
Good technical understanding of automotive systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and promoting technical solutions to customers across various industries in Qatar.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lifting and material handling sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industrial customers
Promote and sell lifting equipment and material handling solutions tailored to customer requirements
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand operational needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Minimum 3 years of business development or technical sales experience in Qatar
Strong understanding of lifting and material handling solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Valid Qatar driving license preferred
