We are currently looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking HR Manager with a strong HR background and proven experience in the Agricultural / Food Production industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations across the company’s poultry and dairy operations in Qatar.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manpower planning and workforce management
• Employee relations and HR operations
• Workforce coordination across multiple sites
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Managing employee accommodation and welfare
• Providing site-based HR support for operational teams

📌 Requirements:
• Strong HR management experience
• Background in Agriculture, Poultry, Dairy, or Food Production industry preferred
• Arabic-speaking candidates only
• Ability to manage HR operations in a dynamic site-based environment
