Call Center Agent

Job Description/Specification:

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent to join our team.

🔹Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in Qatar.
✅ Real estate experience is a plus.
✅ Native Arabic speaker with fluency in both Arabic and English.
✅ High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems.
✅ Positive, customer-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
