Supervisor – Hydro jetting

Job Description/Specification:

Key Responsibilities
Supervise hydrojetting and industrial cleaning activities at project sites
Lead and coordinate field crews to ensure safe and efficient execution
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements
Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site inspections
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance requirements
Prepare daily reports, work progress updates, and manpower planning
Coordinate with clients, operations teams, and project management
 
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hydrojetting / industrial cleaning operations
Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Strong knowledge of high-pressure water jetting equipment and safety procedures
Ability to manage teams in shutdowns and industrial environments
Good communication and leadership skills
Valid certifications related to hydrojetting or industrial safety are an advantage
