Social Media Specialist / Community Manager

Job Description/Specification:

Paradox Agency is expanding its team for a major digital communications project in Qatar, and we are looking for exceptional talent to join us for an exciting 10-month contract supporting one of Qatar’s leading social impact organizations.

Location: Doha (Qatar-based candidates only)

Work Setup: Office-based + On-site client meetings, photography sessions, and event coverage

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years experience managing multi-platform social media accounts
• Strong content scheduling, publishing, and community management skills
• Arabic & English content publishing experience preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• Qatar-based talent preferred
• Agency, events, content, or digital marketing experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Portfolio or project samples required where applicable
