💼 Key Responsibilities
📊 Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
💰 Handle client billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
📑 Manage variations, claims, and contract administration
🤝 Evaluate and certify subcontractor work and payments
📈 Monitor cost control and overall project financial performance
🎯 Collaborate with project teams to deliver cost-effective solutions
✅ Key Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering
⚒️ Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience🏗️ Strong background in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC projects
📊 Expertise in cost control, SAP, billing, and contract management
📑 Experience in handling variations, claims (EOT), and subcontractor management
📐 Solid knowledge of BOQ, tendering, and cost estimation
