🔹 Requirements:
Arabic speaking is a must
Experience in automotive aftersales/service advisory role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance processes
Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
Currently available in Qatar
🔹 Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service needs
Coordinate with workshop and technicians
Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices
Follow up on service progress and ensure timely delivery
Maintain high customer satisfaction
