Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
Handle phone calls, appointments, and inquiries
Maintain patient records and reception area organizationCoordinate with nurses, doctors, and administrative staff
Perform basic administrative and clerical dutiesEnsure excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
✅ Filipino nationality preferred
✅ With experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical center setting
✅ Good communication skills in English
✅ Presentable, professional, and organized
✅ Knowledge in MS Office and administrative tasks
✅ Can work in a fast-paced environment
