Estithmar Holding is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager with deep roots in the construction and contracting world.This is not a generalist HR role. We need someone who knows what it takes to hire at scale, at speed, and for mega projects.

✅ What we're looking for:

10+ years in talent acquisition — holding company experience is a must

Proven background recruiting for contracting and construction projects

Solid GCC market experience and regional network

Track record of closing large-volume hiring for mega construction projects

You'll be building the teams behind some of the most significant projects in the region — from ground-breaking to delivery.
