Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of call center experience within Qatar. Real estate, banking, or insurance experience is considered a plus.
Language:
Native-level fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Education:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency with CRM tools and call center systems, multitasking ability, and strong interpersonal communication.
