Interior Design / Architect (Female)

Job Description/Specification:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years of professional experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, manage client relationships, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and ensure exceptional design quality aligned with project goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects through all phases including concept design, schematic design, design development, documentation, and site execution.
• Develop innovative and functional interior concepts tailored to client requirements and project objectives.
• Prepare mood boards, space planning layouts, material selections, FF&E specifications, and presentation packages.
• Produce and review detailed drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate design vision and project updates.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement schedules, and quality standards.
• Supervise junior designers and provide mentorship and technical guidance.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of proven interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects across relevant sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• 3ds Max
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Lumion or similar rendering tools
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, furniture systems, and construction detailing.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
