Logistics Coordinator

Job Description/Specification:

Ozatar Trading & Logistics is a business engaged in trading and logistics services, focused on the efficient movement, distribution, and supply of goods across various markets. The company typically supports import and export operations, freight coordination, and end-to-end supply chain management for clients in different industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and shipments from suppliers to customers.
• Plan and manage transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and delivery partners to track shipments.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery receipts, and other logistics paperwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, costs, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination (1–3+ years preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics or inventory systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation.
• Background in freight forwarding or distribution operations.
