Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Train, motivate, and mentor sales staff.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Requirements:
A valid Qatar driver’s license is mandatory.
Previous experience in a supervisory level
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of the furniture and mattress industry preferably in the hypermarket sectors is a must.
