Job Description/Specification:


The Group Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and streamlining the daily operations across multiple business units within BDTI Group LLC. This role ensures efficient coordination between departments, smooth workflow execution, and adherence to company standards and deadlines. The position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, tracking performance metrics, and supporting management in executing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations across various departments within the group
  • Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external partners
  • Track operational performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing operational policies and procedures
  • Support project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal reporting systems
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
  • Support compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination or administrative management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in multi-division or group companies is an advantage
